Your first point of call, our customer support team are here to help you with your day-to-day inquiries including pricing, technical information, ordering and deliveries.
Shane leads our customer service team. His knowledge and expertise of all things CSL and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers make him a huge asset to our team.
A licensed electrician, Mike is our technical expert in low voltage, panel and connectivity solutions.
Ninu has a post-graduate diploma in electrical engineering and a Limited EST license. A team player, he is always eager to learn about new products.
Sojan is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from University of Auckland. He has a background in power systems & radio communications.

CSL’s team of innovation architects are out on the road helping you come up with new ways to solve
your problems. They each have a particular area of expertise, as well as a region they support.
Denis is NZ’s only full-time

Rod has extensive experience in supplying automation, networking and instrumentation solutions to industry. He understands the importance of designing networks based on best practice.
Peter specialises in our Weidmuller and Siemens products. He is our most experienced innovation architect with 40+ years in the industrial electrical and automation industries.
Derek has 24+ years’ experience in the electrical wholesale industry. He has a wealth of knowledge in test and measurement, data structured cabling and cable accessories.
APPLICATION ARCHITECTS & PRODUCT MANAGERS
Application Architects are responsible for specific solution areas. They are our technical gurus here to help you find solutions for your most difficult problems.
A registered electrician, Michael has extensive experience in application-based engineering, specialising in low voltage power distribution and motor control.
A registered electrician with extensive experience in hazardous environments, Kerry is responsible for our hazardous area and industrial lighting solutions.
Koloa has 14+ years’ experience in the NZ Electrical Industry. He has a diploma in electrical engineering with expertise in low voltage power distribution and motor control.
Sam joined CSL in 2022. He has over 18 years of experience in automation including industrial and building automation.
MANAGEMENT TEAM
The management team set the standard for us all. They provide our team with direction and are always willing to join us in the trenches and be there to support our customers.

and was elected Chairperson in 2006. She takes a handson approach to her role

Phil has been with CSL for over 22 years including roles as National Sales Manager & General Manager of CSL’s Power Utility business.
Darren has an extensive background in procurement and logistics. His love of process and detail are well suited to his role.
Dwayne leads our power and channel team. A registered electrician, he has 30+ years’ experience in the electrical and electrical supply industry.
With over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry both on and off the tools, including 24 years with a leading NZ wholesaler, Jeff leads our channel team in looking after our wholesale customers.
